Office hours are by appointment. Dr. Bennett provides private pay services, is an in-network preferred provider for TriCare and United Behavioral Health, and contracts to provide services through Brevard Family Partnership, Children's Home Society, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and several Employee Assistance Programs. Please note that payment is accepted by cash or check only (no credit or debit cards), and all payments, or copayments and/or deductibles (for TriCare), are due at the time services are rendered. Clients are responsible for fees when insurance or other funding sources fail to cover costs for services.
