Office hours are by appointment. Dr. Bennett is an in-network preferred provider for BlueCross/BlueShield of Florida, Cigna, Humana, TriCare, and United Health Care/United Behavioral Health. Payment is accepted by cash or or check, and copayments and/or deductibles are due at the time services are rendered. If you are a provider or agency who would like to make a referral, a parent/guardian seeking evaluation for a child, or an adult seeking clinical services, please contact the office via email at office@floridapsychspecialists.com or call the office at (321) 777-4440. We will contact you to obtain additional information and to schedule an appointment.
